About Bill
Bill Freeze has a 35-year career in business with manufacturing, sales, marketing and
media background.
In 1999 he decided to become a Utah County Realtor concentrating on single family
sales, investment property and light commercial. He has been with @Home Realty
Network of Provo for 10 years and has the CRS, ABR, e-PRO and Short Sale
designations. He has received the Excellence in Real Estate Award every year since
2000, which has also been called The Master Realtor Award.
Bill has served on various Utah County Association of Realtor committees in the
past. In 2011 he served on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. Recently he
was elected as 1st VP for the 2012 year and he has been an active member of the
Women’s Council of Realtors for several years, and has helped with Habit for
Humanity projects in the past.
He has been an active member of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce for several
years and is presently a member of the UVC Board of Directors. He graduated from
Brigham Young University in 1974 with a BA in Communications and is a member of
the BYU Cougar Club.
Bill has a knack for working with first time home buyers and showing them all of the
options that are available in today’s Utah home market. He also represents buyers as
an Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR)when they are working with home builders. He
helps buyers to understand building options and helps them save money with upgrades
and additional features at reduced costs.
He lists residential homes, condos and multi-units and. For people that have
experienced financial setbacks or our in danger of foreclosure he is a Short Sale
Specialist and has a Short Sale plan that has worked for many clients and helps in
preserving credit scores.
Bill and his wife Linda have five married daughters and 16 grandchildren. He has
coached his girls in junior leagues, all-star and AAU youth leagues over the last 25
years and 3 of his daughters played college basketball.
He and Linda are active theatre goers and they enjoy plays and concerts at the Scera
Shell, Hale Theatre, Abravenal Hall, Red Butte Garden and the Covey Center.
Bill believes that first and foremost he is a salesman. He also believes that in
today’s real estate market salesmanship requires a total commitment to service and
dependability.
